Organisation of Nigeria(SON) Nigerian Quarantine Services and the shipping

While they
called on the government to intervene to avoid the action paralyzing the
nation’s ports and consequently, the economy, they said the Nigeria Shippers’
Council was not allowed to do its duty.

(NSC) as commercial regulator of the industry,” it said.

that such action against the NSC was bent on frustrating the efforts of the
council at reducing the cost of doing business in Nigerian ports.
