Ogbaru community gets free medical care at newly-commissioned hospital

The people of Ogbaru community in Anambra are getting free medical care as part of the community’s quarterly medical outreach.

One of the locations for this free medical outreach program is the newly-commissioned St. Raphael’s Hospital, Okpoko, which was fully equipped and facilitated by Hon. Chuchu Onyema, a member of the Federal House, representing Ogbaru in the Green Chamber.

The hospital is one of several hospitals facilitated by Hon. Onyema (Ochendo Ogbahu) in Ogbaru Local Government.

The hospital which was handed over to the Catholic Church, is already accomplishing its goal of providing residents with access to a high-quality healthcare system through this free medical outreach program and more.

Laboratory testing and treatment for the following conditions are part of the free medical outreach program that the lawmaker is funding; Malaria, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, thorough examination of the eyes, Eye Procedures, providing reading glasses, Dental examination, Prosthasis, among other major procedures, dental surgery, etc.

Good Shepherd Anglican Church and St. Luke’s Anglican Church, both in Okpoko, are additional locations for this legislatively-sponsored medical outreach initiative.
