On this bright and beautiful Saturday morning, I woke up, but it was not at the usual time that I was used to on Saturdays. The time was a few minutes after 7am and I was still feeling sleepy. I didn’t have anything in particular that demanded my

I felt very dumb and couldn’t ask questions in the manner that I should have done.

Holy Spirit: Open your heart by writing down plainly the steps and processes for the project you are managing and
everyone working with you on the project will come with a floodgate of workable ideas. It is all you need for the solutions you have ever wanted.

Me: But we have held several brain-storming sessions for solution-finding, but there hadn’t been a possible solution from any of my colleagues.
Holy Spirit: It is my place to let you into what holds the solution, and it is in your own benefit to follow it. I know your fears,
but God does not work in that way. He blesses you not because you are the best, but because He loves you.

Simplify the instructions, write them out and let everyone see. Do that and the solution will be in your hands. Quickly,

Me: I have expressed better ideas for the progress of the project, so I’m not very sure how much more the others can contribute. Bearing that in mind, I have decided to speak with a senior project manager who may just have what we have been looking for.
Holy Spirit: Deal with this with an open heart like that of a child who is willing to learn. Solutions come not by your wisdom, but by God’s instructions. Take heed!
