President Muhammadu Buhari has terminated the appointment of the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Alhaji Sanusi Ado Bayero.

Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina.

The statement said the termination of Bayero’s appointment is with immediate effect.
It said that Bayero would hand over the management of the NPA and all government property in his possession to Alhaji Habibu Abdullahi, who had been reinstated as Managing Director of the NPA by the president.
The President wished Bayero well in his future endeavours.
