Maritime media honour Late Otunba Kunle Folarin at symposium Thursday
Media friends of the Late Otunba Kunle Folarin will in collaboration with the Nigerian Ports Consultative Council (NPCC) hold a symposium in his honour on Thursday at the Rockview Hotel in Apapa, Lagos.
Captains of industry, dignitaries, friends, maritime journalists, associates and family members of the late sage who passed away on 8th November, 2022, would be in attendance.
The Chairman Integrated Oil and Gas Company Nigeria Ltd., Capt. Emmanuel lheanacho, would chair the event with a lead presentation titled “Ensuring Effective Disbursement of Cabotage Vessel Financing” to be delivered by Senior Partner at Ofianyi Chambers, Jean Chiazor Anishere SAN.
A panel of discussants on the topic includes the Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA); Dr. Bashir Jamoh, Shipowners Association of Nigeria (SOAN) President, Dr. MkGeorge Onyoung, Mrs. Funke Agbo, and a financial expert.
The event billed to begin by 9am prompt, is open to all maritime stakeholders.
