The Correspondent Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, Akwa Ibom State Council, honoured the Rector of the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Commodore Duja Effedua (Rtd), with an award for administrative excellence in repositioning Nigeria’s premier maritime education and training centre.
