Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria where he bagged B.Sc Political Science in
1983 and the University of Jos where he bagged M.Sc International Relations in
1990; Mohammed joined the Nigerian Ports Authority in 2001.

He has worked in various capacities and served in several committees at

Servicom unit and as Port Manager of the LPC, Apapa.
