indicated that the command generated N28.9 billion in December in contrast to
N24.4 billion recorded in November.

A breakdown of the December revenue figures showed that N15.8 billion went into the Federation Account, while N13

For the Non-Federation
Account, Value Added Tax (VAT) was N4.6 billion; 7 per cent Port Surcharge

that the command raked in N881 million from the ECOWAS Trade Liberalisation
Scheme (ETLS); N2.7 billion from Rice Levy; N286.5 million from Rice Levy; and
N226.078 from Wheat Flour.
