The Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron, Akwa Ibom, has completed its Lighthouse project .
By description, a Lighthouse is a tall building near a coast or shore with a flashing light at the top to warn ships of rocks and other dangers.
It serves as beacon for navigational aid. Lighthouses mark dangerous coastlines, hazardous shoals, reefs, rocks, and safe entries to harbors.
