Bolaji Akinola gets WMU Ph.D. admission offer
Mr. Bolaji Akinola( Ph.D) has been offered admission for a Ph.D. programme in Maritime Affairs by the World Maritime University (WMU) Malmo, Sweden.
This was communicated to him in a letter dated 3 March 2021, saying the admission offer is based on his research proposal “Significance of public-private partnerships in curtailing maritime crimes in the Gulf of Guinea.”
According to the letter, “the expected period of the programme is 3 to 6 years, which you may pursue full time or part- time, for 240 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).”
The duration of his study begins to count from the date of his enrolment, the letter signed by the Director of Ph.D. Programme, adds.
Akinola has recently completed a Ph. D programme at the School of Media and Communications, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos Nigeria.
